  • Cancellations

    • Packaged products: Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

    • Home-cooked foods: Cancel before the same-day cut-off (generally 9 AM IST).

  • Refunds/Returns

    • Full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect.

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
